Sweet Potato Smoothie

Autumn is here! Everything is all about pumpkin spice so I wanted to switch it up. Sweet potato tastes amazing and it also has a ton of nutritional benefits. They are high in protein as well! Here’s what you’ll need.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 -2 cups cooked Sweet Potato

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 3/4 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Add everything to your blender and blend away. I would say blend for about 50-60 seconds to make sure it’s smooth and rich. Pour in a glass and enjoy! This recipe makes about 2 servings.
